Environment

We are working towards a more green way of packaging our products; such that all our packaging is made of recycled, recyclable or reusable material.

Our newly designed packaging will carry a note on recycling of packaging materials hence spreading awareness among the consumers about the importance of recycling or reusing packaging materials whenever possible.

We plan to use used and shredded paper as a filler in our packaging and are striving to find the optimal level of packaging that is required to deliver a package to the end user without any damage.

The company has already taken steps to make the transport of the materials more sustainable. We plan to monitor our use of airfreight for international transport and will target to continue to reduce the airfreight.

At M. Marcus we recognize the importance of the environment; therefore we plan to Implement and integrate the environmental issue within our future policy decisions and also encouraging our suppliers to sustain similar policies.

We are regularly reviewing our operations and processes to ensure best use of resources, minimize waste and maximize the use of suitable recycled materials. We are also introducing regular reviews of all environmental aspects of the organization and continually working towards objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement.
