But sometimes choice can cause confusion and a question we often get asked is:

"What really is the difference between Polished Brass, Satin Brass and Antique Brass?"

Let’s take a closer look.

Polished Brass: The classic high-gloss finish that many traditionally associate with brass fixtures. It has a golden yellow tone and shines brilliantly - opulent without being flamboyant. Polished Brass pairs exceptionally well with traditional and formal settings.

Satin Brass: With a muted golden hue and subtle sheen Satin Brass creates a luxurious and timeless aesthetic. A hugely popular finish which effortlessly blends with a range of design schemes, from contemporary to mid-century modern, adding a touch of sophistication to any space.
